The Beach house at One Roker Terrace offers five beautifully designed bedrooms, each thoughtfully curated to provide a serene retreat with stunning views of Roker Pier and the North Sea. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated, blending contemporary design with antique touches, offering a one-of-a-kind stay. Ensure to start relaxing straight away making use of our complimentary Welcome Hamper & Continental Breakfast, luxurious toiletries and the use of our communal reception rooms on the ground floor.

Bedroom One with stunning pier & Seaview's

Offering breath-taking panoramic views of Roker Pier, this spacious and elegantly appointed room is perfect for those seeking a serene coastal escape. Enjoy a plush super king-size bed, vintage and modern furnishings, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a rainfall shower.

Booked alongside, Bedroom Three makes an excellent spacious family room with two en-suites.

Ideally booked alongside Bedroom Two to make a spacious  Family suite, or ideal for a lone traveller and a child who would like a unique cosy stay. Includes Ensuite with rainfall shower.
